COPYRIGHT

You will hold full copyright to all content and other related activities we develop for your projects and deliver according to the agreed terms. We don’t hold any copyright whatsoever on the same, and you are free to use it and publish it the way you want to.

PROJECT PAYMENT TERMS

100% advance payment is applicable for all orders, and all transaction, charges, and taxes (as applicable) are to be borne by the client.

REVISIONS

We offer unlimited revisions for delivered work when you choose the Premium option, and if the requests are made within 14 days of delivery. In the Elite option, requests for revisions are to be made within 30 days of delivering the work. In the Standard option we offer one free revision, and this service is not available in the Basic option.

DISCOUNTS

Bulk discounts applicable to your project are discussed in the initial stages of project pricing. We will also communicate all other applicable discounts along with the pricing.

PROJECT SPECIFIC TERMS

If there are any project-specific terms, we will discuss with you before commencing the project. We will address service-level disputes based on the agreed terms and project requirements at the start of the project, including these terms and conditions and agreed business practices.

TERM OF USE OF THIS WEBSITE

The information available on Cojective.in includes, but is not limited to, all the services we provide, and does not render any advice, certifications, guarantees or warranties.

Representation & Warranties

Cojective is responsible for your project, the confidentiality, and its performance until we’re handling the same.

Post-completion and delivery of your project, we will not be liable for any failure of performance, including:
